Busy Week

Today I’m prepping for our CMS trainer’s arrival.  We’re going to do a two-day training session that I hope will really light the fire for us and get us in the zone.  I’m working on coordinating people and travel as well as the agenda for the meet.  After blogging here,  I think I’m going to finish up Don’t Make Me Think and begin Bulletproof Web Design.  It’s a tight rope to walk, trying to catch up to standards-based design, learning CSS, and a new CMS.  I’m not too overwhelmed now.  Got the content inventories finished for now, some workflow set up for major sections of the Web site, and training prepared.  Now it’s a matter of taking some time today to start thinking design, IA, and structure.

Still feel like I’m aiming at a moving target, but I’m willing to do it.
